Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Qevric, a product of DuoCloud Infotech Private Limited.
Contents
Sections in these Terms of Service.
1. Business Use
Qevric is intended for business customers. A business customer contracts with DuoCloud/Qevric for access to the service. Owners, admins, and staff are authorized users of that business customer. Members, leads, and portal users are customer-managed end users or data subjects and are not direct Qevric customers unless they separately contract with DuoCloud/Qevric.
The person creating or administering a Qevric workspace represents that they have authority to bind the business customer and manage the workspace on its behalf.
2. The Service
Qevric provides business software flows for subscriptions, billing, invoices, payments, member access, public storefronts, member portal flows, staff access, notifications, and connected day-to-day operations for fitness, wellness, and related businesses.
Qevric is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, legal advisor, tax advisor, medical-record system, healthcare provider, or emergency service.
4. Customer Data And Member Data
Customers remain responsible for the member, lead, staff, business, storefront, image, description, payment, support, and operational information they enter, upload, import, publish, collect, or handle through Qevric.
Customers must ensure they have all required notices, consents, permissions, legal basis or other authority required by law, parent/guardian consents, and authority to handle data through Qevric.
Qevric handles member, lead, and workspace data as needed to provide, secure, support, bill, maintain, and improve the service, and to comply with law.
Customers must not enter sensitive medical, biometric, health-record, illegal, abusive, or payment-provider-prohibited data into Qevric unless Qevric expressly supports that use and appropriate legal terms are in place.
5. Minors
Qevric is not intended for direct contracting with children. Customers may use Qevric for minor members only when they have all required parent/guardian consent and legal authority.
6. Customer Content
Customer content may include business logos, images, descriptions, storefront pages, portal text, member content, uploaded files, notes, product/service descriptions, and other content provided through Qevric.
Customers retain ownership of their content. Customers grant Qevric a limited license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, process, and use customer content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve Qevric, and to display public content the customer intentionally publishes.
Customers represent that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Qevric and to publish or share that content through Qevric flows.
7. Public Storefronts, Member Portal, Public Invoices, And Receipts
Customers may use Qevric to publish storefront content, collect leads, enable member portal flows, generate public invoice or receipt links, and route users to payment-provider checkout flows.
Qevric may use technical controls intended to keep invoice links, receipt links, member portal account pages, checkout/payment flows, and account pages from being intentionally search-indexed. Public storefront and marketing pages may be indexable when intentionally published by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of published storefront content.
- Customers are responsible for the products, services, plans, descriptions, prices, taxes, refunds, and terms offered to members or leads.
- Customers are responsible for notices and permissions for member portal, invoice, receipt, and checkout flows.
- Customers are responsible for disabling or revoking public links when appropriate.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring public content does not include prohibited or sensitive information.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers and users must not:
- Use Qevric for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive activity.
- Violate payment-provider rules, financial-network rules, sanctions, export-control rules, or applicable law.
- Store or process sensitive medical, biometric, or health-record data unless expressly supported and permitted.
- Upload malware, harmful code, spam, abusive content, infringing content, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with Qevric systems, security, availability, rate limits, authentication, or other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, credential sharing, or security testing without written permission.
- Misrepresent Qevric's role in payments, refunds, tax, legal compliance, health/fitness outcomes, or professional advice.
- Use Qevric to send marketing communications, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications outside supported and legally permitted flows.
9. Plans, Features, Limits, And Product Changes
Qevric plans, prices, included features, usage allowances, limits, packaging, and availability may change from time to time.
The pricing page, checkout or billing flow, and current subscription details describe the plan terms that apply to a workspace at a given time. Feature availability may depend on the selected Qevric plan, workspace settings, branch limits, active-member limits, release stage, region, platform, device, permissions, app version, and payment-provider setup/readiness.
Qevric may add, change, limit, suspend, retire, or replace features, flows, user interfaces, providers, integrations, mobile functionality, or product behavior over time.
Web and mobile experiences may differ. Qevric does not promise identical layout, functionality, display, or availability across web, mobile, operating systems, devices, app stores, or app versions.
10. Trial, Billing, Cancellation, And Refunds
Qevric offers a 14-day free trial for eligible new business workspaces unless a separate offer or written agreement states otherwise. The trial starts after account activation. Payment details are not required to begin the trial. Qevric may create the trial on a default plan and allow customers to choose or change plans after trying Qevric.
If billing is not completed successfully after the trial, the workspace may enter a temporary grace period and later restricted read-only access until billing is resolved.
Customers may cancel anytime. Cancellation does not end access immediately; access continues until the trial ends or the current paid billing cycle ends.
If a customer does not cancel during the free trial and payment is charged, Qevric does not allow refunds except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
11. Qevric Billing Through Stripe
Qevric subscription billing uses Stripe at launch. Stripe or another payment provider may handle payment details under its own terms, privacy policy, compliance requirements, and financial-provider rules.
Qevric does not store full card numbers or full bank details directly. Qevric stores payment-provider references and details such as customer IDs, payment method type, brand, last4, invoice status, payment status, refund status, subscription status, and related provider identifiers.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any Stripe or payment-provider terms that apply to their use of billing and payment flows.
12. Customer/Member Payments And Payment Provider Responsibility
Customers may use Qevric with Stripe Connect or other supported providers to collect payments from their own members or customers.
Payment providers may charge fees, commissions, currency conversion costs, dispute or chargeback fees, payout fees, reserve amounts, taxes, or other amounts under their own terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable payment-provider terms, pricing, restrictions, settlement rules, prohibited or restricted business lists, and obligations before enabling or using payment flows.
To the extent permitted by law, Qevric is not responsible for payment-provider fees, errors, delays, outages, holds, reserves, rejected payments, disputes, chargebacks, account restrictions, settlement behavior, currency conversion, payout delays, provider account checks, provider compliance decisions, or related losses.
- Each business customer remains responsible for the products and services it sells.

13. Taxes
Customers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting taxes that apply to their business, members, services, products, invoices, payments, refunds, and storefront offerings.
Qevric may provide tax-related fields or calculations as product tools, but the customer remains responsible for tax setup, verification, reporting, and compliance.
Qevric does not provide tax advice.
14. Notifications And Communications
Qevric may send transactional emails and in-app notifications related to account activation, password resets, staff invitations, billing, payment-account status, invoices, subscriptions, security, support, and product operations.
Qevric may support mobile push notifications for operational workspace updates on supported mobile apps. Current push scope is for business owners, admins, and staff only.
Qevric does not currently use mobile push for marketing/news push, member-facing push, SMS, WhatsApp, digest delivery, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, App Distribution, or Firebase delivery-data export to BigQuery.
Push delivery may depend on Firebase, Apple, Google, app stores, operating systems, network conditions, app state, device settings, and user permissions. Qevric does not guarantee that push notifications will be delivered, timely, uninterrupted, or available on every device.
Push notifications are not a substitute for checking the Qevric workspace, backend records, payment-provider records, or other official records.
15. Data Freshness, Cached Views, And Source Of Truth
Qevric may use temporary in-memory caches, freshness checks, server revalidation, provider data refreshes, and similar mechanisms to keep the product responsive.
Some screens may briefly show cached or previously loaded information while Qevric checks for newer backend data.
For billing, payment, invoice, receipt, subscription, access, and similar flows, backend records and applicable payment-provider records remain the official source for status, settlement, enforcement, and service decisions.
Customers should verify important billing, payment, member access, refund, tax, and settlement information before relying on it outside Qevric.

Qevric may provide mobile apps. Mobile app availability, features, permissions, notifications, display, and behavior may vary by app store, device, operating system, app version, region, plan, and release stage.

Qevric uses administrative, technical, and operational controls designed to protect the service. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Customers must promptly notify Qevric if they suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, security abuse, or misuse of their workspace.
19. Suspension, Restriction, And Termination
Qevric may suspend, restrict, make read-only, block, or terminate access if:
Customers may stop using Qevric subject to billing, cancellation, retention, and legal obligations.
- Payment fails, billing is unresolved, or the workspace is outside plan limits.
- The customer or user violates these Terms, payment-provider rules, applicable law, or acceptable-use restrictions.
- Continued access may create security, fraud, legal, operational, or payment-provider risk.
- Qevric is required to do so by law, payment provider, government authority, financial provider, or platform provider.
- Qevric needs to protect the service, customers, users, members, or third parties.
20. Export, Deletion, And Retention
Customers may use in-app export features where available. Qevric does not currently provide exports through email or support request.
Workspace deletion can be requested through support by the workspace owner.
Qevric retains workspace data while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, Qevric deletes or de-identifies workspace/member data when operationally feasible. Qevric may retain billing, tax, security, fraud, dispute, legal, audit, backup, and payment-provider records as required or permitted by law.
21. Third-Party Services
Qevric depends on third-party service providers and integrations, including hosting, database, file/media storage, email, payments, analytics, mobile push, and infrastructure providers.
The current provider list includes Vercel, Railway, Railway Postgres, Cloudflare Images, Cloudflare R2, Resend, Stripe, PostHog, Firebase/Google, and OpenAI for limited internal marketing blog generation.
Third-party services may change, fail, delay, restrict, suspend, charge fees, change terms, or handle data under their own terms and policies. Qevric is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
Customers must review third-party terms where their use of Qevric depends on third-party providers, especially payment providers.
22. AI And Generated Content
Qevric's current OpenAI use is limited to internal Qevric marketing blog generation. It must not use customer data, member data, staff/admin user data, payment data, support data, analytics data, private operational data, or any other data from the Qevric app.
Before using AI for customer-facing flows, member flows, support, payment decisions, risk scoring, recommendations, or Qevric app-data handling, Qevric will update or add relevant legal, privacy, provider, retention, and product notices.
